I grew up on Long Island and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Marketing and Logistics degree. I've been in the automotive industry since 2002. For me, it's about ensuring that our customers have the best possible buying experience. I believe it should be a transparent and enjoyable process. At the end of the day, if it wasn't, I didn't do my job!

Excellent! Carl has helped my father and sister in the past and I contacted him for guidance on my end of lease options for a car I purchased at a different Mazda dealer. He was eager to help and spend the time with me to help me consider all options before I finally decided to buy out the lease. I didn't represent much of a prospect for him, but you could tell he was more concerned with helping me make the right decision and earning a future customer, instead of "selling me" at that moment. In my book, that will sell me every time and I will definitely be in touch for my next new car purchase!

Carl was amazing to work with and kept me well informed during the purchase process. I came from out of state and he was more than willing to help ensure everything ran smoothly. He made sure I was informed of when the car would arrive so I could make the trip and had everything ready for me upon arrival.
