About Jeremiah
Born and raised in Akron, OH. I joined Serra Auto Park with over 8 years of automotive experience, both in sales and service. Customers come first with me, and will always be provided an exceptional experience. I graduated from St. Vincent - St. Mary High School and The University of Akron. When not at work, I enjoy spending time hiking and walking the dogs with my girlfriend, in addition to golfing, cooking or spending time with my family. I am an avid sports fan and cheer on the Browns, Cavs, Indians and Buckeyes! I look forward to building relationships with the Serra customers and facilitating all of their needs!

Excellent communication

Wasn’t the best experience especially at first. Zero communication, left multiple voicemails, no calls back. All I wanted was an update, status. I was trying to figure out if I needed to get a bigger vehicle for vacation as my family of 4 wouldn’t all fit in the loner (which I was extremely grateful for). But no call, had to borrow my parents suv. It wasn’t until I reached out to Beau,( yes, I know he’s Honda, but will only work with him), my salesman that I started getting anywhere. Beau connected me with Scott.
