With more than seven years of experience in the auto industry, I’ve seen a lot and understand how important it is that our valued customers have all the information they need to make informed decisions about their cars. And so, rest assured that I go that extra mile to make you feel confident that we will take great care of your vehicle. Originally from, Cleveland, Ohio, I’m proud mom to two children. We root hard for the Cleveland Browns and enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding and mini golf together.

She was helpful and professional. But I would recommend anyone about to purchase a vehicle from Serra not to purchase the Easy Care protection program as I did. It is a rip-off. Every time I try to use Easy Care, I am told that my service item is not covered by this program. It’s a waste of money.

Jesse is an amazing service advisor. She’s always there to greet you with a smile, and she’s always thorough and thoughtful when it comes to helping you find the services you need. I’m so bummed that I won’t get to work with her anymore since she’s going to the other building. She’s a true gem!
