Hello and welcome! As Service Advisor, I enjoy interacting with all of our valued customers. It’s a great feeling when I’m able to provide reliable service on everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs. Being a certified automotive technician allows me to clearly and honestly explain exactly what’s happening with any given vehicle so you can make informed decisions. My goal is always to ensure you drive off completely satisfied in a car that’s running smoothly and safely. Originally from Fredericktown, Ohio, I’m a Fredericktown High School graduate known for my organization and attention to detail. I follow College Football and enjoy playing men’s slow pitch baseball, softball, golf and corn hole in my free time. I’ve been to Afghanistan, Iraq, Russia, Ukraine, Istanbul, Ireland and Germany. And I give back through the Wounded Warrior Project.

Josh is very friendly and courteous. After taking my car in for service, the tire pressure indicator light continued to come on although the tire pressure was adjusted properly. Josh was apologetic and when I brought my car back in, he offered a loaner car if I wanted one. I decided to wait, and an hour later the technicians had found and fixed the issue at no additional cost to me. I plan to work with Josh in the future.
