Hey there. I'm a Service Advisor with over 20 years of experience, proudly serving the Akron area. I'm a hands-on guy, and I really value customer appreciation and getting the details right. You could say it's just in my character. Outside of work, I'm kept busy by Lori (my better half) and our 2 dogs Graeson and Calla. When I'm not with them, you can probably find me with a book or doing some construction project around the house. I'm also a big fan of the Browns, Cavs, and of course The Ohio State football team. Go Bucks! I've been fortunate to work for Serra Auto Park, where I take pride in making sure our customers get the best service possible.
